Returns & Refunds Policy

These following items are not eligible for 30-day no reason return:

  • Sex doll
  • Items that can cause orgasm

Due to the special nature of masturbation items, they are not eligible for 30-day no reason return. We do not accept returns after you receive the package, except for quality issues or incorrect item.

Quality Issues & Incorrect

For quality issues or incorrect item, please take photos or record videos of the received package including the overall perspective of the items, and then contact us to send the photos or videos. We will contact you as soon as possible.

Item Arrived Damaged

If the package arrived damaged, please check immediately whether the item in the package are also damaged. If the item is damaged, please take photos or record videos to keep the evidence, and file a claim with the shipping company at the same time. If the shipping company cannot agree to your claim, please contact us immediately and send us the photos or videos you took so that we can file a claim with the delivery company.

Track the status of your package with tracking number. *You can find your Tracking Number in the mailbox which you used to place the order or in the PayPal account which you used for checkout.

30-day No Reason Return

For eligible items, you can request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery, the date of delivery is subject to the tracking information of the shipping company.

Before Making a Return Request

NOTE: If you want to return the items, please contact us as soon as possible, we will assist you to return items and give you a refund after we received the return items.

For any reason if you would like to cancel your order while order is under shipping process, you will need to wait until you receive the package in hand before making a return request. Because Cross-Border Shipping involves complicated procedures, domestic and international custom clearance, and local and international shipping carriers and agencies.

If you refuse to take delivery package from postman, our Customer Service will not be able to judge the situation of the package and therefore cannot handle your return requests.

Conditions & Return Shipping Cost

We will bear the return shipping cost when the returned item is in the following situations:

  • Defective item, such as missing, broken or damaged.
  • Incorrect item, such as different sizes, colors.

For item with no quality issue, the return shipping cost will be borne by buyer. Please ensure the returned item is unwashed, unworn, unused and the label is not torn off.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Item has been received for more than 30 days.
  • Item that have been washed, used, worn, misused or label removed.

How long does it take to get a refund?

When we receive the returned item, we will refund the full amount to your PayPal account.

Return Address

For item eligible for return, we will email you the return address. Please note that our return address is different from the office address, so please do not return to the office address.
